Otowave was founded by Glen Young, who has spent 27 years working at the intersection of IT and audiology. Glen has managed the audiology IT support for the largest audiology business in Australia and is a HIMSA certified support engineer. His passion for providing personalized, reliable service led to the creation of Otowave, where we focus on providing solutions that truly meet the needs of audiology practices.
